our process
onboarding call
Once we start working together, the first thing that will take place is an onboarding call. During this process, we want to get to know you, your business, and your objectives. We believe in authentic and value-driven content. In order for us to help create this with you, we need to learn what makes your business tick.
We’ll collect lots of information, ask you a bunch of questions, and set expectations for what you can expect working with us. We’ll answer any questions you have get out strategy call and first shoot scheduled.
strategy call
This will be a routine call and something we do prior to every shoot. This is where the magic happens. First, we’ll review the content from the prior month and look at performance and any feedback received. Next, we’ll dive into new content ideas.
During this call we get to share content ideas we’ve come up with, hear your ideas, and collaborate on hooks and scripting. Once we’ve selected the topics we’d like to cover for the month, we’ll put together some hooks, light scripting, and line up any remaining pieces for the shoot day.
content day
On shoot day, we’ll arrive either on-site or meet you at our studio to film and photograph your content. Your creative specialist will have all the notes with him and will be fully informed of the plan for the day. We’ll chat, get equipment set up, and coach you through your content (it will be fun, we promise!).
While we do set the expectation for deliverables, there will be times we might capture additional or fewer deliverables than planned based on timing and requirements for certain content pieces.
edit, review & posting
We will create and edit your content in line with your vision, branding items, and with consideration to tell your authentic story. Within 7 days, we’ll send you some or all of your content to review and request edits if needed.
Once content has been reviewed and approved, we’ll set up a content calendar to post certain pieces of content on certain days. We provide you with this information as well so you know what’s going to be shared and when.
lead management & metrics
We will set up some automations for your accounts that will capture and organize new leads for your business. We’ll make this database readily available for you to reach out and engage directly.
Lastly, we will send a monthly report of key metrics related to the content we created and posted.
